Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board 
As per section 12 ofthe Main Act, every building worker who has completed 18 years of age, but hasnot completed 60 years of age, and who has been engaged in any building orother construction work for not less than 90 days during the preceding 12 monthsis eligible.
Construction workers can get registered bydepositing Rs. 20/- as subscription for one year and Rs.5/- as registration feewith the duly filled Registration form verified by the contractor, employer orthe registered trade unions connected with the construction sector.
