Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board 
In Exercise of powers conferred by subsection (1) of Section 18 of Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Condition of Services) Act 1996(No 27 of 1996) read with rule of The Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Codications of Service) Rules,2002, and read with the notification number U-11020/1/2000-UTL dated 14-07-2000 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India , the Hon'ble Lt. Governor of Delhi is pleased to reconstitute the existing. "The Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board" consisting following persons with effect from the date 18.05.2020 of notification for a period of three years or till is reconstituted, namely:-
